10 eggs
1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1-10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1/4 c. butter/oleo
2-4 oz. green chilis, drained, seeded and chopped
2 c small curd cottage cheese
2 c. shredded cheese (8 pz.) I use Monteray Jack or Pepper Jack) 2 c. of each

In large bowl beat eggs, stir in flour and b. powder.
Stir spinach, melted butter. chilis, cottage cheese, Monteray and Pepper Jack.
DRAIN SPINACH WELL.
Add egg mix
Pour mix into 9 x 13 pan , bake for 15 min. Reduce heat to 350 bake fo9r 25-30 more min. until knife comes clean.
Cool about 15-20 min, before cutting into squares.

To cut evenly, with a sharp knife, cut the long side into 10 rows and short side innto 6 rows.
