2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
3/4 c milk

Directions:
Mix flour and salt in a mixing bowl, mix eggs and milk iinto flour mix
Place batter in a colander with 1/4 inch holes.
Hold over kettle of boiling salted water. Press batter through holes with back of wooden spoon or rubber spatula.
If dough is too thick, add a little milk.
Cook and stir for about 5 min. drain and keep warm.

Very good with chicken paprikash. Pour gravy from chicken over them.
