8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar
2 pkgs cream cheese softened (8 oz)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. each chopped red and green pepper
1 tbsp. finely chopped green onion
2 tsp. worscestershire sauce
dash ground red pepper
chopped parsley and red pepper stars for garnish
Directions:
Directions:
Beat cheddar and cream cheese with mixer until blended. Add juice, bell pepper, onion, worcestershire and ground pepper mix well. Refrigerate several hours. Place drinking glass in center of serving platter. Drop spoonfuls of mixture around glass just touching outer edge of glass and smooth with spatula. Remove glass and garnish with parsley and red pepper stars. Serve with crackers.
