Chicken Thighs
Chicken Legs
Small Red Potatoes
Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
1/3 Cup Olive Oil
Fresh Rosemary
5 - 7 Cloves Garlic (smashed)
Kosher Salt to taste
Crackled Black Pepper to taste
1 Jar Cappers
2 Fresh Lemons Sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Brown thighs and legs in olive oil (20 minutes). Place in roasting pan with small red potatoes. In bowl mix together 1/2 cup lemon juice, 1/3 cup olive oil, lots of fresh rosemary, smashed garlic kosher salt and cracked pepper. Pour over chicken. Add 1/2 to 1 jar of cappers.
Place 2 sliced lemons on top and bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
Serve with hard crusted bread for dipping..yum!
