4 white fish filets
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. tabasco
1 tbsp. paprika
1/4 c. parmesan
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Directions:
Directions:
Grease baking dish with butter. Mix, salt, tabasco, paprika, and cheese into sour cream. Put fish in prepared baking dish and spread sour cream mixture over fish. Top with bread crumbs and butter. Bake at 350 for 30 mintues.
