Personal Notes:
Lisa and I first tried this cocktail at a restaurant in the mountains of Northeastern Italy. The restaurant had been in continuous operation for several centuries and specialized in mushroom dishes. The drink is very smooth and delicious tasting but I do caution you to do as the Italians normally do and only have one, they are very potent. Friends of ours knew the owner of an ice cream parlor (Gelateria) and we stopped in one night with them. They made much larger drinks for Lisa and the other ladies and it did not take long to realize that they had too much of a good thing!
