1large batch ‘milk’, from this book. Made ‘thick’. Double batch.
1 container sliced daiya cheddar cheese.
2 tbl nutritional yeast
Garlic salt, and salt to taste
1/2 + tsp cumin
1 can nalleys vegetarian chili
1 can chili beans, most liquid poured off.

Directions:

Combine cheese and milk in sauce pan. Stir over heat until cheese is melted.

Add remaining ingredients.

And, add other seasonings as you like. Taco seasoning, salsa, more cumin, green Chili’s . . . Depending on how spicy you want it.
