1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 tsp. dried parsley, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp minced onion

CHILI SAUCE;
1/2 c catsup
1/4 c grape jelly
2 Tbsp water

Directions:
Mix ingred. shape into 20 1 1/2 inch balls
Microwave on high 8 min. Turn, Cover micro another 8 min.

Sauce:
Combine ingred. in 2 cup measuring cup and micro on high until hot,stirring once.
Serve with meatballs.
