1 lb. ground beef
1 rib celery chopped
1 medium onion chopped
1 env. taco seasoning
1/4 c. water
2 cans refried beans
1 can chopped chilis
1 c. cheddar cheese
2 green onions sliced
1 large tomato peeled, seeded,chopped
1/3 c, chopped ripe olive
1 1/2 c.crushed tortilla chips

Directions:

Cook veg and beef, drain.
Stir in taco seasoning, water, beans and chilis.
Pour into 2 1/2 qt. dish. Bake at 350 uncovered for 30 m,in.
Top with cheese, onions, tomatoes, ol;ives and chips
