2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4,1-ounce squares of unsweetened chocolate, melted
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first three ingredients in a large mixing bowl and beat at medium speed until blended. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add about 1/4 of the dry mixture at a time to the chocolate mixture, mixing after each addition.
Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.
Shape the dough into 1 inch balls and roll into powdered sugar.
Place cookies 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
