1 stick butter
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1-1/4 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1, 14-ounce package of miniature peanut butter cups (Reeses)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and peanut butter with both sugars. Beat the egg and vanilla: Sift flour, baking soda, and salt. Blend into creamed mixture to make it smooth.
Preheat oven to 375°
Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place in ungreased miniature muffin tins.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
Have miniature peanut butter cups ready, papers removed. Immediately after removing them from the oven, press a peanut butter cup into the center of each hot cookie until only the top of the candy shows.
Let cool in the pan 10 to 15 minutes.
