Prepared marinara sauce
2 boxes of lasagna shells boiled (must pat dry) or oven ready lasagna shells
3 pounds of 80/20 ground beef sauté w/ onion and garlic
3 pounds of sweet & hot sausage sauté w/ onion and garlic
Mix 1 1/2 large home made ricotta w/1 egg, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt& pepper
2-3 cups parmesan cheese,
2 large home made mozzarella
10 -12 large cloves of Garlic
2 large onions
Dry parsley
Salt
Pepper

Heat oven to 350

Take a lasagna pan ( real pan not tin), put a little marinara sauce at bottom of tray, lay the lasagna shells flat, then spread ricotta over the shells, then put a layer of ground meat and sausage mix, drizzle marinara sauce over the meat, put a layer of fresh mozzarella, sprinkle parmesan over, then put another layer of lasagna shells and repeat the layers 4 times total.

Cover with tin foil and bake for 45 minutes at 350 -Let rest for 10 minutes
