Wszystkie składniki do zalewy połączyć w garnku
Gotować zalewę do lekkiego zbrązowienia czosnku
Przecedzoną ale gorącą zalewą zalać przetarte buraczki
Całość wymieszać i zostawić na 24h
Następnie przełożyć buraki do słoików i pasteryzować przez 8min
