Ingredients: 9 żółtek jajek
8 łyżek cukru
750g sera mascarpone
1 szklanka mocnej gorzkiej kawy
5 łyżek wódki
2 opakowania podłużnych biszkoptów

1 cup of strong bitter coffee
5 tablespoons of vodka
2 packs of oblong biscuits

Directions:Żółtka zmiksować z cukrem i serem mascarpone.
Kawę wymieszać z alkoholem.
Biszkopty zamoczyć w kawie i układać jeden obok drugiego na blaszce.
Na biszkoptach rozprowadzić połowę kremu.
Przykryć go kolejną warstwą nasączonych w kawie biszkoptów.
Nałożyć resztę kremu.
Ciasto posypać kakao.
Blaszkę przykryć folią spożywczą i ustawić do lodówki na kilka godzin.

Mix the coffee with the alcohol.
Soak the biscuits in coffee and place one next to the other on the baking tray.
Spread half of the cream on the biscuits.
Cover it with another layer of biscuits soaked in coffee.
Apply the rest of the cream.
Sprinkle the dough with cocoa.
Cover the baking tray with cling film and put it in the fridge for a few hours. |
