Cebulę pokrojoną w piórka wsadzić do środka
Napić kurczaka na butelkę piwa tak, aby szyjka butelki wyszła górą
Owinąć szyjkę butelki skórą kurczaka, tak aby piwo podczas pieczenia wylewało się na kurczaka
Resztą marynaty posmarować mięso z zewnątrz
Piec w temp 200 C około 1,5h
Podawać z pieczonymi warzywami
