1 can tuna, drained and chopped up
3 Tbsp mayo (more if desired)
pinch black pepper
1/4 cup chopped green olives
1/4 tsp cumin (more if you like the taste)
2 large slices of toasted sourdough
2 large slices cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees (or use toaster).

Combine first five ingredients and divide into half. Spread evenly onto the sourdough. Top with cheese and put in the oven until the cheese is melted and starting to bubble.
