4 c flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
Handful of powdered milk
Pinch sugar
1 1/2 - 1 3/4 cups warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Knead until smooth and not sticky. Cover with towel and let rest 20-30 minutes. Stretch or roll and cut, then fry until golden brown on both sides
