16 Pieces of chicken (legs, thighs, breasts) 6 cloves of garlic, 1/4 lemon juice, 1/4 cup dry white wine, 1 cup chicken stock, 1 tbsp butter, salt and pepper, fresh parsley (chopped), fresh lemon, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken with salt and pepper, sauté pieces of chicken a few at a time until brown on both sides, remove to platter and continue until all pieces have been browned. Drain any fat remaining in pan. In same pan add garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until golden in color. Add wine and bring to boil, add lemon juice and chicken stock and lower heat to simmer. Return all pieces to pan. Cover and simmer for 30-35 minutes. Simmer lemon slices into pan last 10 minutes. Remove chicken to serving platter and tent with foil to keep warm. Smash garlic pieces with the back of spoon, bring sauce to boil, add tbsp butter and lower heat to simmer continue to cook sauce until reduced to half. Sauce will thicken slightly. Add lemon slices and parsley. Pour over chicken and serve with hot crusty bread.
