• 1/4 cup chili powder
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
• 1 tablespoon paprika
• 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
• 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
• 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
• 1 tablespoon ground cumin
• 1 teaspoons cayenne pepper (hot ingredient)

Mix ingredients together and store in a covered jar or container. I usually quadruple the recipe.

Tacos: Add 2 Tablespoons of the mix and 2/3 cup water to 1-1 1/2 pounds cooked ground meat. Bring to a boil. Add 1 Tablespoon cornstarch (mixed with 2 Tablespoons cold water) Stir in until it thickens.
