2 sticks unsalted butter, 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp chopped sage, 2 tbsp chopped chives, 1 tbsp chopped rosemary, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl add 2 sticks butter softened add herbs (chopped fine) and mix until combined. Place on a piece of parchment paper and shape into a log. Roll log and twist the ends. Refrigerate or freeze
