For each turkey:
2 tsp crab boil
2 Tbsp Tony’s Chachere’s Seasoning
3 Tbsp Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Poultry Seasoning
1 Tbsp red pepper
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 stick of butter
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp Accent seasoning
4 ½ cups water
1 large injector syringe
Peanut oil
A good deep-frying thermometer

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the butter. Bring to a boil. Turn off heat. Add butter and let cool. Strain to remove large pieces of the spices to keep from plugging the injector needle. When mixture is cool enough to put in the injector you are ready to inject the bird. Season/inject defrosted bird at least 12 hours prior to frying, if possible.
