1/2 cup of sunflower butter (substitute peanut butter, almond butter or another nut butter)
1/2 cup of honey
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup of regular rolled oats
1/4 cut of semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine nut butter, honey, and vanilla until blended. Stir in oats and chocolate pieces. Cover and chill for 30 minutes.

Using your hands, shape dough into 30 balls, each about 1 inch in diameter. Chill for 30 minutes before serving. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
