Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cans of condensed milk
2 cups of sugar
2 tsp of vanilla extract
½ Tbsp of margarine
2 cups of pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk and sugar in aluminum pot on low heat until creamy; stirring often. Add Extract and margarine and continue stirring on low heat. Stir until candy begins to thicken then add pecans. Stir again until pecans are completely mixed in and prepare to pour in a 9x12 pan (very lightly coated with margarine). Let harden for about 3-4 hours and cut into squares.

Note: This candy will burn if the heat is too high, if it’s left unattended and if you do not stir throughout the process. When it is made right, it is very good. Enjoy!
