3/4 C Almonds
2 can pitted black olives
2 T capers
1 C prunes, chopped
1 T mustard
2 t minced garlic
2 t Italian Seasoning
1/4 t chili flakes
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 T Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 C olive oil
2 T Honey or Maple Syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Process everything in a food processor. Season to taste with additional lemon juice or honey.

Store in jars in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze. If freezing, allow to come to room temp before serving.
