1 lb. farfel
7 eggs
½ lb. butter
1 large can sliced peaches (cut slices into small pieces)
2 cup liquid from peaches (add water if necessary to make 2 cups)
¾ teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar

1. Preheat oven to 375º.
2. Put farfel in strainer and run under hot water to wet.
3. Add beaten eggs, melted butter and cut up peaches.
4. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
5. Pour into ungreased 9x13 pan.
6. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon on top.
7. Bake for one hour.
