4 hard boiled eggs
2 tbsp. green pepper diced
1 cup asparagus tips
1/2 c. cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. onion diced
1 c. grated cheddar
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 c. cream of mushroom
bread crumbs and butter
Directions:
Directions:
Cut eggs in small pieces. Arrange eggs, pepper, asparagus, onion, cheese and chicken by layers in a greased casserole dish. Combine cream, lemon juice and soup and pour over all. Sprinkle crumbs mixed with butter over top. Bake at 350 or 30 minutes.
