2 sticks butter, melted and cooled slightly
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup whiskey
1 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 cups flour
4 cups chopped pecans
4 cups raisins
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Dissolve baking soda in whiskey and mix with other misture. Add flour, then nuts and raisins. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet covered with parchment.

Bake about 8 minutes at 375ºF.
