1lb wild turkey breast
1/4lb bacon
1 whole white onion (chopped)
1/4lb baby spinach leaves
1tbsp lemon juice
1tbsp oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a crockpot, add turkey breast, onion, and
enough water to cover. Let cook for 4 hours on
high or 8 hours on low.
When ready to serve, fry bacon on a skillet over
the stove. Once crispy, break into small
pieces/bits. In a separate skillet, heat oil over
medium heat. Add spinach and lemon juice.
Cook for 2-3 minutes- stirring frequently.
Pull breast and top with bacon and spinach. Add
salt and pepper to taste
