1 venison backstrap - sliced into
1 inch thick slices
Diet Dr Pepper (mine needed 3
cans)- can use any type of carbonated pop
5 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp Black pepper
2 tbsp Dry steak seasoning
1 tbsp M inced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Remove all tendons and fat from steak. In a bowl,
soak meat with all ingredients. Use enough pop to
cover all meat. Store in fridge for 5-8 hours
On a hot skillet or grill, cook steak to desired level.
Flip several times during cooking
