1/2lb halibut filets (I made 2)
Traeger salmon seasoning
Cajun seasoning
Feist y fish rub seasoning (this
is my favorite fish seasoning,
it ’s low sodium too and I find it
from Whole Foods)
Spray coconut oil

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw your filets, spray the top with
the coconut oil, and season the top
with the 3 seasonings listed above
(don’t be afraid to mix it up and try
your own as well)!
• Cook on the traeger for 10-15
(depending on filet thickness). Cut
into filet and when the fish flakes- it
is ready
• I used corn tortillas, cole slaw cab
bage mix, guacamole, and the hali
but for the tacos!
