1 box whole wheat pasta
2 cups plain, nonfat Greek
yogurt
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp celery salt
1 cup button mushrooms
1 cup peas
2 cans tuna (5oz each) OR use
tuna you have caught yourself
like we did
1 cup colby cheese (we use dair y
free)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta per instructions on box
• In a bowl, mix yogurt, milk, ground mustard, and celery salt
• Add mushrooms and peas to yogurt mix
• Add cooked pasta (drain first) to yogurt mix
• Add 1/2 cheese to mix
• Pour into greased 13 x 9
• Add remaining cheese to top
• Cook on your Traeger (or oven) at 350 for 30
