MEATBALL INGREDIENTS:
1lb ground venison (can sub with turkey
or beef)
2 garlic cloves- minced
1/2 cup onion
1 egg
3 tbsp ketchup
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup bread crumbs

MARINARA INGREDIENTS:
28oz can crushed tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves- minced
1 tsp oregano
1/2 cup chopped onion
Pinch red pepper flakes
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

MEATBALL INSTRUCTIONS:
• Preheat Traeger to 400 (or oven). Spray
a large cookie sheet with cooking spray.
• Mix together onion, bread crumbs,
garlic, egg, ketchup, salt, and pepper in a
large mixing bowl.
• Add in ground venison and mix gently
until combined. Do not over work.
• Form into 1-inch balls and place on
prepared cookie sheet.
• Bake in Traeger or oven for 15-20
minutes or until meatballs are browned
and cooked throughout.

MARINARA INSTRUCTIONS:
Place oil, garlic, red pepper flakes,
and onion in a cold saucepan and
heat over medium heat until the
garlic becomes fragrant
• Pour the tomatoes into the pan, add
oregano, salt and pepper. Stir to
combine
• Reduce heat to medium low and
allow to simmer for about 20 minutes.
• Stir occasionally
