8 ounces of sliced mushrooms
1/2 white onion sliced
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1 package of brown gravy mix
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp fresh parsley
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp corn starch
4 tbsp water

Beef Patties
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 egg yoke
1/3 cup bread crumbs
3 tbsp milk
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place onions and mushrooms in the bottom of the Instant Pot
Combine beef patty ingredients and form 6 patties
Brown over a medium high heat(about 3 minutes per side) in a skillet
Layer beef patties over mushroom/onions
Combine remaining ingredients, except water & corn starch, pour over patties and cook on high pressure for 18 minutes
Quick release, remove patties and set aside
Turn Instant Pot onto sautee
Combine cold water and cornstarch, stir into the broth and let cook a few minutes until thickened
Add beef patties into the sauce to coat
