8g pancake mix
8g vanilla protein powder 4g coconut flour
1tsp baking powder
1 egg white (3 TBSP)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat mini waffle maker
While heating, combine pancake mix, protein powder, coconut flour, baking powder, and egg whites
in a bowl.
Once waffle marker is warm, spray with oil. Recipe
will yield 2 mini waffles. Pour 1/2 of your batter on
the waffle maker.
Cook throughout- top with hot sauce and add egg if
desired to make a sandwich.
