2 C raspberries
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (8-ounces each)

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor, puree the raspberries. Strain the puree through a fine sieve into a bowl. Stir in the garlic, honey, olive oil, mustard and salt. In a large glass or ceramic dish, pour the raspberry marinade over the chicken breasts and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.

Can also freeze the marinated chicken breasts for 2 months.
