1 1/2 pounds zucchini, grated and well drained
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1/2 pound grated sharp cheddar cheese
4 eggs beaten
1/2 cup half-and-half
1 tablespoon flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Saute onion in butter until golden. Mix cheese with zucchini and onion. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into 9-inch greased pie plate (no crust needed). Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 to 35 minutes until center is set.
