2 - 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
¼ cup sugar (to taste)
⅓ cup mayonnaise
⅓ cup sour cream

Ingredients:
3 - 4 apples, cut up into bite-sized pieces
[optional] 1 cup of grapes
3 stalks celery, thinly sliced
¾ cup walnuts or other nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut up apples and celery, and chop nuts.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, sugar, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
3. Mix dressing with the apples, grapes, celery and chopped nuts, until fruit is coated with dressing.
4. Refrigerate until serving.
