1 c diced onion
1/4 stick butter
2 c cooked shredded chicken
2 c milk
2 c chicken broth
1/4 c flour
Minced garlic to taste
2 c frozen peas
Egg noodles cooked as directed
2 c cheddar cheese

Topping
1 sleeve Crushed Ritz Crackers
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
3 t olive oil

Directions:

Sauté onions in butter
Add rest of ingredients
Simmer until thickened
Add pasta
Pour in prepared dish
Mix topping ingredients
Sprinkle over casserole ingredients
Bake 15 minutes in preheated 400* oven
