2 c canned chick peas
2 T tahini sauce
4 T olive oil
1/4c warm water
1 Large head of garlic
1 lemon (juice)
¼ t sea salt

Preheat oven 375º
Cut the top off the garlic ,coat with olive oil and wrap in
foil until soft.
Squeeze roasted garlic into a food processor.
Add rest of ingredients .
if hummus is too thick add more hot water
