1 can Sour Pitted Cherries (well drained)
1 - 15oz. can of Eagle Brand Milk
1 cup chopped pecans
1 small carton of Cool Whip
2 Lemons


Crust:
3 cups of Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 Stick plus 2 T. Butter (melted)
½ Granulated Sugar

Makes two 8 in. pie crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 3 ingredients; then fold in the carton of Cool Whip. Gradually stir in the juice of 2 lemons.

CRUST:
Combine Graham Cracker Crumbs with sugar and melted butter. Divide and press into 2 - 8 in. pie pans.

Spoon ½ of the filling into each pie crust and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

My mother made these pies as I was growing up and I loved them so much I always requested them when I would go visit.

NOTE: You can use store bought Graham Cracker Crusts, but the homemade are so much better and that is what my mother always used.
