Low sodium taco seasoning
Breakfast sausage seasoning (I
got mine from Field and Stream)
1 whole egg (scrambled)
Jalapeños
Diary free cheese
Whole wheat chips
Salsa

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium heat skillet, brown ground
turkey.
• Drain and add 1/3 cup water + taco
seasoning and breakfast sausage
seasoning (I think I used 1/8 of the bag).
• Stir until water has evaporated

Top chips with turkey, scrambled eggs,
dair y free cheese, jalapeños, cheese, and
salsa
