In a 375ºF oven place:

4 baking potatoes

Bake for 1 hour or until tender and remove from oven.

Cut potatoes in half, scoop out the flesh, leaving a thin shell.

Whip potatoes with:

2 tbsp. butter or margarine

Add:

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 - 3/4 cup sour cream
1 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp.Seasoning Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/8 tsp. Paprika
1 clove garlic or (1/4 tsp.garlic powder)
Chives - fresh or dried
Bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
Combine until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning as necessary. Fill shells; and pace on a baking sheet. Can be topped with extra cheese if desired. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, until potatoes are hot. Garnish with bacon and chives. (optional)
