2 Tbs Butter
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 tsp minced onion
1 3-oz can sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
dash pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1 1/2 cups milk
1 7 oz can tuna fish
1/4 cup chopped pimento
1 tsp worstishire sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
4 cups cooked ricemel
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet.
Add green peppers, onions & mushrooms until tender.
Stir in flour and seasonings. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly until smooth & thick.
Add tuna and pimento. Heat to simmering and cook for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.
Sever over rice.
