1 lb pork sausage
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups Bisquick
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (rounded)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Place parchment paper on 2 large cookie sheets. In electric mixer, beat together sausage and cream cheese until well blended. Mix in bisquick. Mix in cheddar cheese. Roll into 1” balls. Place onto,cookie sheets, 2” apart. Place cookie sheets 8n refrigerator for 20 minutes. Remove from fridge and press with the bottom of a drinking glass to flatter a little. Bake 25 minutes or until brown...not dark brown.
