1 cup of sugar
1 cup of water
3 T cornstarch
3 t strawberry gelatin jello
1 T red food coloring
2 pie crusts
4 cups of halved strawberries
Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, water, cornstarch, strawberry gelatin jello, and red food coloring together and cook until thick. Remove from heat and let cool. Have 2 pie crusts cooked and cooled. Put 2 cups of halved strawberries in each pie shell and pour cooked filling over them. Let them chill a couple of hours and slice. Serve with cool whip.
