3 lbs. chicken wings, cut in half

½ c. soy sauce
3 TB vinegar
3 TB brown sugar
2 TB white sugar
2 cloves crushed garlic (1 tsp)
1 tsp. ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Place in 9x13 pan for 3 hours or overnight. Bake 350° 1 ½ hours in open pan. Turn once. They come out perfect.
