1 chocolate cake mix
1 3 oz. chocolate pudding mix
3 eggs
1 c. milk
⅓ c. oil
24 chocolate drops (kisses)

Mix all ingredients together; reserve chocolate candy. Fill 24 lined muffin tins half full. Bake 5 minutes at 350º; then drop chocolate candy in center and continue baking for another 15 minutes.

Chocolate frosting
1 stick butter
⅔ c. baking cocoa
1T. vanilla
3c.. powdered sugar
5 T. whipping cream

Beat all together, adding whipping cream last; frost cupcakes. I added a candy kiss on top of frosting.
This frosting must be refrigerated.
