Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Chicken breasts- we just make as many as we are going to want.
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 clover garlic

4oz cream cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Pasta
--
Green vegetables (whatever you have around- green beans, broccoli, peas, asparagus)

Directions:
Directions:
Chicken: Place chicken in ungreased pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Baked at 375F. We usually do covered for the first 2/3 and then uncovered at the end. Cook until chicken is done.
Cheese Sauce: Heat milk and cream cheese in skillet until smooth and creamy. Stir in parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Serve over the pasta.
Green veggies- we usually just steam or roast them.
