5 Center Cut Pork Chops
Medium size Head of Cabbage
Stick of Butter
Onion Chopped
5 Garlic Chopped
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Fajita Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
In tall skillet pour olive oil and pan sear the pork chops. Take them out and put on a plate. Put butter in skillet when melted put in cabbage, onion, and garlic. Stir and when starting to wilt salt, pepper and fajita seasoning to taste. Stir well. Turn down heat to simmer. Put Pork Chops on top of cabbage. Put a lid on. Let simmer until
cabbage to desired taste. Make sure pork chops are done 165 degrees.
