1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 lb. salmon

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix syrup, soy sauce, garlic, garlic salt and pepper. Place salmon in a shallow baking dish and coat with maple mixture. Cover the dish and marinate salmon in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, turning once. Preheat oven to 400º. Bake salmon for 20 minutes, or until easily flake with a fork. Enjoy!
